These Terms & Conditions apply to madhousegainsasylum.com and to the forms, text messaging and email programs of MadHouse Gym LLC, doing business as Madhouse Gains Asylum ("Madhouse," "we," "us"). By using our website or signing up for our messages, you agree to these terms.
Memberships, day passes, 7-day passes, MADPilates classes and other services are sold and booked through our booking platform and are subject to the terms you accept at checkout, including pricing, billing, cancellation and refund policies. Passes are valid for the period stated at purchase. Membership availability is limited; joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot or a price.
All members and guests must sign our waiver before training, follow gym rules and staff instructions, and use equipment safely. Exercise involves risk of injury. Consult a doctor before starting any fitness program.
Apparel and merchandise are sold through our online store and are subject to the store's checkout terms, shipping and return policies.
