Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, membership or class interests, and anything you include in a form, message or waitlist sign-up.
Purchase and account information: memberships, passes, classes and products you buy, and your booking and attendance history. Payments are processed by our booking and e-commerce providers; we do not store full card numbers.
Automatic information: basic device, browser and usage data collected through cookies and similar tools when you visit our website.

To manage your membership, passes, bookings, waitlist spot and account.
To send you account, booking, payment and service messages.
To send you promotions, events and updates if you have agreed to receive them.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from Madhouse Gains Asylum, we collect your mobile number to send you messages about your inquiry, membership, waitlist status, class schedules, reminders and gym updates, and, if you separately agree, promotional offers.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes service providers that help us deliver messages to you.
